Erica D. Green is a native of East Tennessee and a graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan University and The University of Tennessee College of Law. Ms. Green is passionate about providing ethical, efficient, and effective representation for her clients, and she maintains a diverse civil litigation practice that focuses primarily on insurance law. Ms. Green also assists employers with a variety of legal needs, including advising them on a broad range of employment matters ranging under state and federal law.
She focuses diligently on each case and client and provides legal services in a timely and cost-effective manner. She is an active member of the Knoxville Bar Association, as well as the Tennessee and American Bar Associations; the Defense Research Institute; and Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. Ms. Green resides in Lenoir City with her husband, Derek, and their two children.
